While I’m pretty particular aboutpink lipsticks, I have to say I’m less picky with blushes- as long as I look less pale/pasty, it’ll do. But recently, and now that I have somewhat (stress on “some”) of a tan, I’ve been searching for a great pink flush of a color to brighten my cheeks, and was intrigued in Sephora when I came across Stila’s Custom Color Blush, which I had never seen before. I smoothed a tiny bit of the ultra-fine, lightweight powder on my finger and ran it along my cheeks. The neon-pink color that was in the compact became something more innocent and sweet once applied– almost like I had been running (haha imagine!). Anyway, when I got home I decided to check the reviews online and saw that many people, like myself, were taken with the color-adjusting formula. Seriously, it’s not too overpowering, but bright enough that it does show up, even the tiniest bit adds a nice pop to my cheekbones. Needless to say, I ordered the product, the first blush I’ve bought in a while, and am pleased- I’m even going to make C try it so we can see what shade of pink it turns on her skin tone. So go get. And $20 is not a bad price to pay for a pink glow.
